“Hey Lady! Lady! Lady! Angel’s…Charlie loves YOU!”
Never say good-bye, rather see you later! Turkey, I will be back. Maybe you will see me in Istanbul or Bursa, most likely by the coast eating yogurt and cucumbers and swiming with jelly fish. The last five weeks has given me the opportunity to visit places I have only read about, touch things I’ve only seen in pictures and for that I feel truly blessed.
I may have been Turkish in my other lifetime because I can’t stop drinking Raki with orange slices, that mystical drink that turns white with water and is known to be Ataturk’s favorite.
Thank you, to all the wonderful friends we made along the way, to the undying hospitality, the countless days filled with laughter and authentic turkish style experiences!
