Today we visited the ancient city of Perge located on the Southwestern Mediterranean coast of Turkey. This image was captured inside of the bath. In this room, water was heated (flowing through clay pipes over hot coals) below the floor and distributed to different sections of the bath. We were all blown away by the sophistication of the infrastructure in this ancient city.
