Church of St Saviour in Chora. Located near the old city wall, this church has an amazing collection of very well preserved frescoes and mosaics, dating back to 1315. The church was converted to a Mosque and over time, some of the work was covered up, then restored, and covered again, and finally restored by american archaeologists.
